Death House to hit netflix

In some genius marketing ploy it has been announced that Death House is due to hit VOD and Netflix on 4/20 and we are very excited about this one. The movie that has been dubbed The Expendables of Horror boasts some of the largest names in the genre and with names such as: Dee Wallace, Sid Haig, Kane Hodder, Bill Moseley and Tony Todd to name just a few, this movie is sure to turn some heads. I have been eagerly looking at the cast list IMDB and there is simply to many names to list. The story goes like this:

During an exclusive tour, a power breakdown inside a secret prison known as the Death House sends two agents fighting through a labyrinth of horrors while being pursued by a ruthless army of roaming inmates. As they fight to escape, the agents push toward the lowest depths of the facility where they learn a supernatural group of evil beings are their only chance for survival.

This is sure to be one of the Horror Movies of the year!

Fangoria is back!

Some great news for fans of the Horror genre was well received this week as arguably one of the biggest names in the industry was arisen from the dead. Fangoria has now been purchased by Cinestate and will be back as an in print magazine, you will not be able to find the articles contained within it’s pages anywhere online. Cinestate has come to Fangoria at a time where the brand has suffered some very real setbacks. Under the previous owners there has been financial hardship and the brand was black marked by a lot of fans as they simply did not get what they handed over their well earned cash for. Cinestate however seem fairly confident that they can bring the brand back to it’s glory days once again and at Regoregitated Media we are really looking forward to seeing how this one plays out.

On a side note a couple of us from Regoregitated Media are about to pitch a few ideas their way as it has always been a dream of mine to write for them and on that we will definitely keep you posted.

Resident Evil Biohazard Review

So as many of you know I am a big gamer, unfortunately I spend way to much of my free time playing games. Well this time I at least decided to play something I could Review. Recently I sat down and completed Resident Evil Biohazard and I have to tell you it was easily one of the best survival horror games I have ever played. I grew up playing the Resident Evil series at a very young age and I always enjoyed the mix of horror and action, I also very much enjoyed the puzzle elements of the earlier games in the franchise as they would drag a seemingly short game out for many more hours than it should have taken. I was very happy to see that this particular franchise had decided to keep the puzzle element of their game intact and boy did the shadow box puzzles give me a hard time but I was at first a little apprehensive as I soon realized that it was no longer a Zombie game. I realized this right at the start of the game when you get apprehended by some redneck hillbilly uncle sister types. At first I thought that this was going to be an incredibly bad move on the part of the game makers but as the game went on it turned out to be genius. Jack turns out to be terrifying as he chases you through the halls of the house and a couple of times I about jumped out of my skin as I did not see him coming at all. The whole game is jump scare after jump scare and I do not advise you to play this if you have a weak heart. As of right now I was a little bit of a pansy and played on the easiest setting for the first time so will definitely play through it again on the more difficult settings and from what I hear the harder the setting the more scary it becomes. I am religiously an Xbox gamer so unfortunately did not get to play this game in VR but I can only imagine how terrifying that would be but as an Xbox gamer if you have a decent headset plug it in to play this one as it fully immerses you in the game and the surround sound will really mess you up whilst the chase is on. I highly recommend purchasing this one.
