Danielle Harris was born on June 1, 1977 in Plainview, Long Island, New York, USA as Danielle Andrea Harris. She is an actress and director, known for Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead (1991), Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers (1988) and The Last Boy Scout (1991). She has been married to David Gross since January 4, 2014. They have two children.
She appeared, both, as the on-screen Roseanne Barr’s neighbor, “Molly Tilden”, on the TV show, Roseanne (1988), and as Roseanne Barr’s real-life daughter, “Jessica” in a movie biography of Roseanne’s life, Roseanne: An Unauthorized Biography (1994). She also played the daughter of Roseanne’s character in The Woman Who Loved Elvis (1993). She was in a film titled Kukaburra Blues (1998), but it was never released due to budget problems. Danielle celebrated her 11th birthday on the set of Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers (1988).
In the mid-1990s, was stalked by an obsessed fan. This person wrote letters threatening to kill her, and was eventually arrested for bringing a shotgun to her house.
By Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers (1989), she played the piano and danced, with emphasis on ballet, tap, jazz and clogging.
After much delay in preproduction, when it finally came time to start casting/working on Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995), she was willing to reprise her role of Jamie Lloyd, the character she originally portrayed in the previous two sequels. However, the producers couldn’t come to terms with the salary she asked for her new contract. They decided to bring in J.C. Brandy to portray an older incarnation of Jamie Lloyd.
In Wish Upon a Star (1996), Danielle played the younger sister, Hayley, opposite Katherine Heigl, who played her older sister, Alexia. In real life, Danielle is older.

In the infamous laundry chute scene in Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers (1989), Jamie was originally stabbed in the leg but the shot was cut from the film by the MPAA because it was deemed “too disturbing”. Danielle still owns the prosthetic leg.
Kept her clown costume from Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers (1988) for years and even went trick-or-treating that year around Queens as Jamie Lloyd. Years later she sold the costume to a dedicated “Halloween” fan for his own personal collection.
Played Jamie Lee Curtis’ daughter in Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers (1988) and Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers (1989) and then returned as one of the two best friends of Laurie Strode (the friend with the police officer father) in Rob Zombie’s remake (Halloween (2007)) of the original film (Halloween (1978)).
Considered to be a modern day “scream queen”.
